BALLS TO THE WALL

Bring your best hand plants and tail blocks to Lake Louise Ski Area on April 18th, 2009 for our second annual low impact snowboarding contest. Registration goes from 8 to 9 am at the Kokanee Cabin, with the contest starting at 10:30. The entry fee is $5.00 for ASA members and $25 for non members. There will be a whack load of prizes from; thirtytwo, dragon, electric, vans, ashbury, dvs, matix, volcom, nixon, neff, stepchild, dinosaurs will die, union, capita, coal, von zipper, air blaster, nomis, technine, and more...

There will be a discounted lift ticket for competitors.

Deer Man of the Dark Woods

With this last couple of dumps of snow lately I can understand why all of the good Black Metal comes from Scandinavian countries with little sunlight. Not to say that Canadian metal isn't good, it just doesn't strike fear into you like it does over there. Luckily for us though, we have our very own Deer Man of the Dark Woods and the rest of the Barrier Kult to strike fear into your hearts. Bad Brains x Vans

Hey you know what we like? Vans. You know what else we like? Bad Brains. As it turns out, they like each other and have decided to make a shoe together. And as it turns out, we just got that shoe in today. Maybe if you get them you'll be able to skate as good as John Cardiel. (Probably not, but who cares it's all abour fun anyways)
